Question : Hi ive been worried ive had 3 little white bumps on my corpos spongiosum for abt 5 moths it doest bother me for nothing i work in construction can the heat afct

Possibility of fungal infection is more. So better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination. Start antibiotics and antifungal cream. Avoid masturbation and sex for few days. Avoid moisture and keep proper hygiene of private parts.
