What Causes White Bumps With Black Specks On Arms?

Better pictures and more details required
Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I have reviewed your history and picture. But still its difficult to point specific diagnosis without actual examination.
I would like to put forward following differential diagnoses:
1. Contact dermatitis and secondary leukoderma.
2. Actinic keratosis.
As far as I have understood from your history, I guess you might have to wear long rubber gloves as precaution while working. The rubber can act as allergen and cause dermatitis and on long run can actually depigment skin leaving white areas called leukoderma.
While actinic keratosis, is age related skin changes where plagues of hyperkeratotic dark skin are visible upon background of depigmentation and is chiefly due to exposure to sunlight for long hours.
I would appreciate if you can send more pictures with better clarity so that I can make perfect diagnosis and thus help you with the management.
Also please explain in detail about your occupation and detail of the materials and chemicals if used any.
Thanks

Oral and topical steroid and antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the pictures.
I har reviewed the pictures and it seems you have got dermatitis with secondary infection.
I would suggest you to take oral antibiotics like cefadroxyl for 5-7 days along for oral prednisolone 5 mg once daily for 10 days.
Apply a betamethsone and fusidic acid based cream twice a day over lesions.
Oral antihistaminics like Benadryl can taken as required for itching.
I am sure with this regimen you would be pretty fine in 10-15 days.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thank you
