Question : Every morning i wake up with whitesh tongue ! I feel weak and couldnt wake up on time !! Feel disturbed

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern and it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the fungal infection of the tongue and depression.
In fungal infection of tongue I would like to prescribe
1. Candid mouth paint apply over the tongue.
2. Antifungal tablet Fluconazole 150mg once in a week.
3. Gargles with hydrogen peroxide and hexidine twice a day.
