                                    Brief Answer:
no need to worry just feed more frequently
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Babies at this age tend to pass urine which can leave white colour residue on drying.
It is the urea and salt in urine which increases as baby grows bigger.
No need to worry.
All I would suggest is to increase breastfeeding and Ensure that your baby passes urine atleast six to eight times a day.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun

                                    Brief Answer:
feed more some water if thirsty
Detailed Answer:
Increase feeding that will be usually enough.
But if he is sweating a lot with low urine output no harm in giving few sips of water.
Breastmilk or formula would be better as it contains 80 to 90 percent water and also satisfies nutritional demand.
