Question : I have a white crusty patches on my foreskin, also its sore and very pain full when i try to retract.and i have very small cuts on my foreskin please help
Brief Answer:
Balanoposthitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You seem to have candidal balanoposthitis as it appears with the description you gave me. I do not meet to offend you but do you have multiple partners? You should get an evaluation done by local PCP for blood sugar and other low immunity conditions.
Canesten is correct medication and since it is not giving you respite I suggest you the above. If needed you may need a circumscison after careful evaluation.
Hope this helps you take a decision.

No i dont have multpl partners just my wife .i am also diabetic type 2 tablets
Brief Answer:
This proves candidal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Being a Type 2 Diabetic candidal infections are more common. The ultimate goal for the problem is to keep the blood sugars under control for e.g around 120mg/dl is better to prevent the candidal infections.
I think you should knock the diabetes treating doctor and talk to him. He may suggest oral antifungal tablets for the candidal infection that you have. Your wife also needs treatment since it is sexually transmitted.
Hope this helps.
