What Causes White Deposits On Penis?

Question: Since the last one month or so, I have witnessed some white deposits inside my penis walls inside. Its smells odd. My sex drive has also lessened during this time. I have not used any medication..

I dont maintain any sexual relations with any outsider ever.. I only have sex with my wife that too once or twice a week. I dont have any disease of high cholestrol. Moreover I have not suffered from either fever, or any discgharge from penis. I sometimes experiences joint pain as I am a sportspersons who plays badminton, shooting etc.

I have gone through the provided pictures and other details.

I feel the most likely cause is fungal infection for your current symptoms as visible while marks are indicative of same. In addition the foul smell is also pointing toward fungal infection.

Having said this there are certain contradictory findings.
Fungal infection mostly affect the area between scrotum and skin first and penis is involved much later. In addition it causes itching which is probably absent in your case.

To cure the condition I recommend following things
1. Maintain the proper hygiene of area. Wash with shop at least once a day.
2. Avoid tight clothings as far as possible. At least it is better to use loose clothing during sleep or no lower clothing at all.
3. If it does not show any response in next five to seven days visit a doctor in person.
