Question : yes,
I have a white/cream fluid coming out of my penis(not semen)? Also starting to burn a little?
Last time this happened the Doctor prescribed me penicillin?
What do you recommend?

Hi and Welcome to HCM.

Antibiotics are definitely required again since this is obviously infection and you need to do STD tests to verify exact bacteria that's causing it and then appropriate antibiotics can be chosen.

You can take penicillin again but Doxycycline or Azithromycin may be better option.

Prescriptions cant be written online.
But it should not be problematic if you wait till monday. Just drink lot of fluids to promote urination.
