Question : my wife periods are due. but white discharge is happening now. what should she do now. she has pcod.

Hi, discharge per vaginum increases just before and just after periods so as it is there is nothing to worry.
But seeing your concern I can make out that it is not a usual thing for her so just try simple measures to deal with this like
- keeping perineal hygiene by changing underclothing twice a day or using pantyliners
- use vWash or intiwash perineally while taking bath
- cotton panties
- avoid tight jeans for a long time
Follow above steps for a few days and wait for her periods to see if it resolves after that but in case it doesn't then visit a gynecologist for examination.
