Question : Hi my baby has mosquito bites on her, a few have a bumpy texture around it and has turned into a whitehead, should I seek medical attention?

Its due to an allergic reaction to mosquito bites.

Detailed Answer:
Many a times, our bodies may show an allergic reaction to the mosquito bites. This leads to the type of skin lesions that your daughter is suffering from. Don't worry, it can be easily treated by the following measures:
1. Apply lactocalamine lotion on the skin lesions thrice daily. It will help in early healing.
2. Start her on Syp Benadryl or Chlorpheniramine. Their antihistamine effect will help to resolve the allergic episode.
3. If pus point develops or there is any breach in the continuity of skin, start her on Syp. Amoxicillin ( antibiotic) for 3 days along with fusidic acid for local application.
