Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
It can be smegma(some discharge from penis which accumalated if no inter course /sex/ masturbation since long.
It may be discharge of some infection.
Do you have any pain or burning in penis or during urination?
Do you have any past history of such thing?
Do you have any redness or lesion on penis or foreskin?
Is your partner suffering from any urogenital infection?

No pains,no past history,no redness, but i had unprotected sex a month ago
Brief Answer:
It is likely smegma
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for info.
If you do not have any other symptoms or changes in foreskin or glans penis, it is likely smegma(dried semen discharge). Just clean it during bathing everyday.
You had history of unprotected sex, that may make doctor think for physical examination of your penis and foreskin.I guess practically it is awkward to ask about sending photo of the organ. But if you are clear that your glans penis is normal, no need to worry.
If you can provide some details below, I can give more guidance.
- After that unprotected sex, did you have another experience of sex or masturbation? If yes, frequency?
- Are you married? If yes, does your wife have any urogenital infection?
- if you had unprotected sex with someone else, are you able to get any information from that female regarding her urogenital infection status?

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Yes, mastrubation once ,unprotected sex with some other person, status of her urogenital infection not known, pls guide if it is UTI
Brief Answer:
Just Relax, it is not UTI
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I appreciate your efforts to take photos.Though they are not absolutely clear , I can say there is nothing to worry.
Only one time masturbation in month suggest it is smegma. No need to worry. It is not UTI. If you will masturbate/do sex twice in a week or more, this problem will not be there.
And yes, please do not forget to use condom next time.
If still any query, you are welcome.
All the best & Regards.
