Question: My urine has white mucusy stuff in it . There has itching .

Let me remark that urinary tract infections (UTIs) are frequently seen in females as they have a short urethra. It is likely that you have got UTI. The previous history of kidney infections could have been due to same reason. In such a condition I would suggest you to get a routine microscopy and culture sensitivity of your urine tested.
