What Causes White, Painless Discharge In Penis?

Question: i am 24 year old male.. had white discharge on penis opening last nyt and having white color substances if i take my penis skin off for a long tym.. and smellss too.. wat r this casuses and treatment pls
Brief Answer:
whitish deposit is smegma
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have taken note of your query.
The white deposition under prepuce is most like Smegma, which is a combination of exfoliated (shed) epithelial cells, transudated skin oils, and moisture.
Accumulation is mostly due to lack of good hygiene in that area.
Treatment is maintaining good hygiene in that area...retracting and cleaning the area covered by prepuce with lukewarm water, daily Or every alternate days
I want to clarify whether the white discharge at penis opening is coming from urethra?
Do you have any symptoms like burning on passing urine?
Any recent history of unprotected sexual contact?
Regards

yestrday for 1st time had the discharge form urethra white thick.. ... had burning senation after passing urnie n little bit itching too.. i had an unprotected encounter before 20 days.. the condom torn off while intercourse.. but took out soon... .
Brief Answer:
Urethritis; I suggest you to take up a swab test
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
A ruptured condom amounts to unprotected sex.
The discharge is likely due to urethritis.
The likely organisms responsible being commonly either Neisseria gonorrhea and/ or Chlamydia trachomatis.
The infection is acquired through unprotected sexual encounter with an infected sexual partner.
I suggest you to take up a Swab test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. This would be diagnostic.
