Brief Answer:
Mostly due to UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query and the uploaded images, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that mostly you have UTI.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have urinary symptoms like frequency, burning ,urgency ?
2)Do you have voiding urinary symptoms like poor stream ?

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily. Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to rule out enlarged prostate which is common at this age.
1) Serum PSA
2) Renal Function Tests
3) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Thank you greatly for your prompt response. To your questions , yes. Symptoms range from mild to severe. burning on urination, frequency, and urgency. Prior to taking the Cipro the wek prior had a very bad time Very frequent need, little urine coming out and pain.Have tested for STD all negative. Actually things had been going pretty good with symptoms. I ran out of most of the supplements i usually take (zinc, l-arginine, l-citrulline, fish oil, potassium, calcium/magnesium/zinc, B, D, and others. and waited to replenish. After having not taking them for a couple of weeks symptoms increased significantly. I usually drink lemon water every day and have not done that for awhile. Went to PCP he prescribed 2 weeks of Cipro and today is day 8. The first three days on cipro was extremly clear urine and urgency, burning, etc. was virtually gone. Then material returned sporadically. The attached photos are from this morning and was significant amount of material ( I had been drinking a diet soda). Oddly also, if I squeeze the end of my penis/urethra behind the head prior to urination which seems to help build pressure for improved stream sometimes seems to make more material come out. Additionally, if if i press on my urethra below my testicles this also seems to improve stream. Prior to the episode this morning was actually feeling pretty good. However, when I had to go it was very urgent and then afterwards feel great. Could this be a result of a biofilm type circumstance and what to do to improve it.
Thank you very much XXXXXXX Gonzalez

Thanks for follow up.

You definitely have UTI and need to get the tests done which I have suggested in my reply earlier to know the organisms causing this infection and antibiotic sensitivity so that infection can be controlled by taking appropriate antibiotic.

Continue taking Ciprofloxacin till you get culture report.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Thanks and Regards.
