Brief Answer:
Microscopical examination of vaginal swab is advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

First, I need to know if such white particles are coming out of your vagina on daily basis or sometimes (especially before your periods are coming)?

To my opinion, the white particles coming out your vagina associated with smell and bubbles, is indicative for vaginal infection. To confirm it, you should run :
- examination of the vaginal swab under microscope
- culture of vaginal swab for pathological bacteria/candida
- gardnerella testing
- urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection

You can discuss this further with your gynecologist.

I advise to:
- keep a good local hygiene
- apart local medications, you might need prescription oral medications. That's why it is important to run the above-mentioned tests
- avoid having sexual intercourse until you are completely cleared
- if you have sex, try to wash your genitalia and to empty your bladder immediately after sex

What you eat also matters, that's why I advise to avoid sugary or spicy foods that can leave certain smells to your body, especially to your genitalia.

Hope it was of help! Let me know if I can assist you further!

Suggestive for vaginal/urinary tract infection;tests are advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing more of your medical data.

If this is your case, then, that is indicative for possible vaginal infection. I highly advise to run the above-mentioned tests to determine/rule it out. That's the only way to find out the right cause.

Hope it helped!
