Question: I had a fungal infection in my buttocks and it was treated with ketoconazole for 3 months. During this time, the redness went away but the white blotchy patches in the buttocks cheeks has remained The keto no longer seems effective, and i am wondering if the medication should be changed. The rash does not itch or burn and there is no blistering or redness
