                                    The symptoms are- The forehead is very sensitive and i cant touch it. It has been this way since 2 years. My age is 24. I never had sex.

I have gone through the photos.
Though the photos are not clear ,I can make out the white patches.
It is likely due to fungal infection.
Maintain genital hygiene.
You can clean the area with warm water twice daily.
I would have adviced topical antifungal lotion like candid lotion .
You can take oral antifungal like flucanazole 150 mg weekly once after consulting your doctor.
Wear loose cotton inner wears.
See that there is no friction.
You can get back for any clarification.
