Question : Hi,
I am experiencing itchiness on my groin area, also I can see some white rashes on my Penis. Those white patches are growing on Penis. What medicine are advised?

From your notes it appears that you have developed fungal infection. I suggest that you consult dermatologist so that you can get optimum treatment.
After confirming that it is fungal infection, they would prescribe Fluconazole tablets and ointment.

What ointment should be applied and advicbe me on tablet course completed. As my work location is at remote location, it's difficult for me to visit dermatologist at earliest

From the picture it appears that it could be fungal infection.
Take a tablet of Fluconazole 150mg single dose.
Use Miconazole ointment locally twice daily for 7 days.

If the itching is severe in addition use antihistamine tablet at night for three days.
If no improvement, consult Dermatologist.
