Brief Answer:
Vagifem not the cause, Get assessed for oral ulcers.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question ad i understand your concern. Any oral aphthous ulcers / fungal infection should be treated with combination of an antifungal, a corticosteroid like triamcinolone gels and short dose of corticosteroids oral. This work like charm and resolves the oral lesions within a week. Yoru oral ulcers persistent for more than a month is likely worth assessment and evaluation by a dentist , oral hygienist or an otorhinolaryngologist or an internist. Also in old age, dry mouth also delays any ulcer to heal so drink plenty of fluids and have regular frequent sips of water to keep the mouth wet and moist.

Regarding its correlation with vagifem, an estrogen derivate for vagina, i would suppose you use your tongue during sex, apart from direct mechanical injury to the tongue during the act, vagifem can not cause the tongue to get a fungal infection unless the vagina was infected too with a fungus. Absence of urinary tract is mentioned but were genital tract was also swabbed and assessed for infection?

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
