This is a good news for you that all the three swabs and 3 urine samples are normal , there is no STI, no HIV.
You have been diagnosed as a case of Epididymitis and already under a correct line of treatment.
Epididymis is a part of the Genito-urinary system, meaning the infection spreads from one organ to another. So the infection spreads from epididymis to the prostate.
You present problem of white discharge looks to be coming from the prostate. This may be infected or not can be decided by a digital ( finger palpation) of the prostate, Prostatic massage to get a sample of this fluid from the prostate for analysis, gram staining, culture and sensitivity. The reports will help for a further management.
