Question : Hello. Friend of mine took mdma and now the left side of the mouth has like a white Flem covering it. Also on the upper lip and on the lower lip and inside the lip burns badly

The phlegm is likely from hypersalivation, which commonly occurs with MDMA. The burning is likely a result of her grinding her teeth, very common with MDMA, and cutting or bruising her mouth as a result. Use Tylenol and ice packs and this will go away. I recommend not using MDMA again.
