Question : I have a white pimple on the inside of my upper eyelid. How can I treat it ? What may be the cause ?

It appears that you might have a small area of infection which is contributing to the swelling and white coloration that you described. This might be related to a bacterial infection.
A couple of things you can tries would include using warm compresses on your eye for 10 to 15 minutes 3 to 4 times per day. The warm compresses will help to alleviate information associated with the swelling, hope the pores open up and hopefully drain in the food which has collected under the skin.
Also you might benefit from a topical antibiotic which can be applied directly to the area of swelling. This can be done with a liquid solution or a topical appointment. These are prescriptions would you make a team from your primary care doctor if the symptoms do not get better in a couple of days.
If symptoms become severe or painful or if you are noticing change in vision I would recommend you report your local emergency room for immediate evaluation.
