Question : Little white pimple like bump on the top of my gum,little all the way to the top of gum,does not hurt,just me knowing about it ,I would like to know what to do about it,will it go a way or do I need to do something

Read your query as you have little white pimple like bump on top of gum this small swelling could be due to trauma (inflamation ) or due to dental infection (infection in tooth or in gum) causing small collection of pus (Periapical abscess or Periodontal Abscess) .

Can you attach a report (image ) of small swelling that will be more helpful for me to arrive at conclusion.

Based on the detail provided I will suggest you to do these remedies :
-Maintain proper oral hygiene .
- Use chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly .
-Do warm saline rinses 2 -3 times a day .
- You can Apply ointment like Stolin ( gum paint) on gums to reduce inflamation.

You can do these remedies and if swelling persists then consult Oral surgeon for visual examination and investigation Iopa Xray of swelling to rule out cause of infection.

Please dont worry once your teeth and gums are taken care your bump will disappear .

Thank you,I bush 2 times a day, but I don't mouth wash like I should, I got the pus to come out and I have been using salt water , buy it keeps getting Morr pus in it,should I keep doing that?
