Such finding may indicate several problems.

First and most common is urinary infection and it can be treated with antibiotic. It can be caused by bacterias, fungis or parasities, most commonly bacteriae.

Secondly, it can be a sign of urinary stones or other kidney issues.

To verify exact diagnosis you need to do basic urine analysis, kidney ultrasound and check urea and creatinine in blood.
