Brief Answer:
Can be oral thrush or candidiasis

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are having oral thrush or candidiasis which is basically fungal in origin. Painful lesions are usually benign but should be reviewed by a dentist to exclude any need for biopsy.

Oral anti fungal like nystatin will be needed alongwith oral analgesic gels. Oral and Dental hygiene should also be kept in control with Oral mouth washes. Replacing Vitamin C, A and B complex help to keep oral mucosa healthy.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
