Apply antifungal and steroid combination ointment
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I have read through your query in detail and seen the attached picture.
FLUTIVATE is a steroid preparation and works in allergies and eczema. It does not contain an antifungal as its main ingredient.
You may apply any one of the creams below for better response
EUMOSONE-M cream (clobetasone butyrate 0.05 % w/w, miconazole nitrate 2 % w/w)
or
CANDID-B cream (clotrimazole 1 % w/w, beclometasone dipropionate 0.025 % w/w)
The creams contain both steroid and antifungal. Any one can be used. This may be applied of the skin twice a day. It will start healing in two weeks time and you can apply for about a month.
This is available as cream in a tube.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

 Thanks for the reply,
I frequently have issues with the skin, i want to understand what causes the problem and any remedy you can suggest. Please let me know if this is only due to Fungal infection or any other skin problem.
Can be fungal infection, eczema or sun allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
There are many conditions of the skin which appear regularly if not treated well or if they are of chronic nature like eczema. Please avoid itching this area. It can also be due to fungal infection of skin you must take precautions not to use common things like towel or razor blade. Another cause may be due to sun exposure and this usually disappears after applying ointment.
Please apply ointment as suggested and if you do not see any improvement at the end of the month or new patches appear, then please contact a dermatologist for clinical examination.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vive
