Brief Answer: Do not be concerned; Detailed Answer: Hi, White secretions in the urine is not always concerning issue. It may be just particles or sediments from your urine stream. If you have already completed a course of antibiotic already, I wouldn't start a second course of different antibiotic without repeating urine test. In this circumstance, I would recommend that you drink plenty of fluids. If you continue to see these secretions, repeat your urine test - routine and if need culture and sensitivity test. A second antibiotic course is entailed based on culture reports. At this point, my suggestion to you is not to be worried. Drink lots of fluids. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications. Regards
