Question : Hi my 4 months old son was under antibiotics for last 6 days . He caught a cold and then it got worse and he couldn't breath well and was wheezy while breathing. doc gave him Amoxicillin . The last two days his stool is yellow and normal but there are white chunks in it ,
My baby is on formula since he was 2 months old.

I'm sorry your baby has not been well. The most common reason for what you are observing is swallowed mucous. In older children and adults, we are able to blow the mucous out from the nose or cough it up. babies are unable to do this. Instead, they swallow it as it comes up and ultimately excrete it in their bowel movements. It is not something to be concerned about.
