What Causes White Spots Around Mouth?

Question : I have developed white spots on my skin around my mouth area from the last one year or so. I have started using daily melanocyl solution 10mg. mixed with 50mg. of EAU DE cologne and five miniuts exposer to sun. after using for 6 months it got cured. But has stared again , I have stared the process again n getting very slow result. my question is it ok if I keep doing this process, will it be completely cured or not. if any other treatment you can suggest for me to follow to get rid of this problem. I can understand your concern for the white spots on the skin around mouth area from the last one year.

As per your description it appears to be patch of "vitiligo" or "post inflammatory hypopigmentation" of the affected area.
