Question : I have a white spot on the left breast about the size of a quarter. Should I be concerned?

Can you please attach a photo of this spot. It will be much easier to give precise answer.

If the spot is palpable as a lump, you can not leave it alone. Breast mammography and ultrasound should be done.
If the spot is just a skin lesion, does not change size, no redness, pain, itching, can be left alone.
