Question: I have been having bouts of vomiting containing yellow bile, which is also in my bowel movements. I have had xrays and ultrasound that show a few white spots on my liver. My Dr. doesn't seem concerned.. but the condition is getting worse I am eating vey little.

Brief Answer:
Gastroscopy should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by some narrowing in the stomach or duodenum. This is possible especially if you have had some stomach pains before or diagnosed with peptic ulcers.
If you also suffer from bloating, gas and stool occasional obstruction, weight loss, large intestine tumor can be the case.

I suggest you to have the test called gastroscopy. This can reveal any stomach problem including ulcers, narrowing.

If you find large intestine problem is possible, please start with colonoscopy.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
