Question : Hello , i have white spots on my pennis foreskin, it started itching after sex. Not sure how to treat this. what shall i apply? please suggest medicine

Hi there,

First, I'd ask to send a photo of white spots on your penis foreskin.

In lack of those photos, from what you are describing, it might be related to fungal infection of penis foreskin.

I advise to:
- wash your genitalia with warm water and soap
- dry it well
- apply clotrimazole or econazole cream mixed with hydrocortisone cream locally
- avoid having sex until improvement
- have always protected sex
- if only one partner, get her tested and treated as well.
