Question : Skin on palms turned thick, white, wrinkled and bumpy in shower. Mild pain and scratchy sensation (no itch). Most symptoms disappeared when dry but small, flat warts remain.

It can be treated with the use of a combination of urea and lactic acid cream.
It comes with various trade names like xerina, cotaryl etc.
You can use any of these.
