Brief Answer:
no she is pregnancy safe...explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query to hcm.
The white discharge following sex in next 3 to 4 hrs is the excessive physiological cervical diacharge which can be mucoid in conaiatwncy if in excess. As there is no accompanied itching and foul smell,it is unlikely to be fungal. This is quite common after sexual excitation.
Also as the sex was protected and she even has taken an ipill as protection, there are no chances of pregnancy at all. She should get a withdrawal bleed following ipill intake within next 7 days which shall further ascertain that she is not pregnant.
SO rest assured. This diacharge shall subside on its own.
Also if she is is midcycle then it can be corroborated with ovulation and during ovulation increased physiological mucoid discharge is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Even if there would have been a leak and as she has taken an ipill within 72 hrs, this shall prevent any implantation and hence prevent pregnancy. She would experience her withdrawal as I said within 7 days and that shall ensure further that she is safe.
The pain during intercourse is possibly due to vaginal spasms and usually experienced if sex is either for the firat time or after a long time in a young woman. The mucoid diacharge is unrelated to the pain but due to sexual excitation during yhe act. This may continue evwn in some cases foe even 24 to 48 hrs.
