What Causes White Vaginal Discharge With Burning Urination?

Question: I started having pain while urinating about a week ago , went to the clinic to see if it was uti test came back negative . Got tested for gonorohia and chlamydia and those came back negative . What else can it be? I also have white discharge and starting to feel like urinating more

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that I would state that white discharge with burning urination are strongly suggestive of Urethritis although the routine urine test does not reveal presence of pus cells in urine.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1)Did you have burning unprotected sex very recently ?

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

2 weeks ago i recieved unrpotected oral sex with a friend .

Oral cavity contains plenty of bacteriaal flora hence one is more prone to get infection of urethra after oral sex.

Take the medications suggested earlier .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till you get cured completely .
