Brief Answer:
Avoid stress

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,thanks for the information.
In my opinion there are different causes for vaginal discharge like:-
Itching is seen in candidiasis where there is curdy white discharge.
Itching is seen in trichomoniasis vaginal infection but here the discharge is yellowish green frothy.
In bacterial vaginosis there is fishy smell with grey discharge.
And the physiological discharge is clear watery and quality and quantity varies in different phases of the cycle.
Usually discharge associated with harmful bacteria is associated with foul smell.
However, the appearance of the discharge is unreliable and should never form the basis for diagnosis.
So a thorough physical examination with speculum and laboratory study is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Most of the infections related to vagina are treated by a course of antibiotics. So dont worry.Kindly see a gynaecologist to rule out the cause of discharge.
Also avoid stress as it is also one of the cause for vaginal discharge.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
