What Causes Whitish Bump On The Foreskin Post Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: Hi Doctor
I had unprotected oral with a commercial worker 5 months back which was only for 20 or 30 seconds after which I decided to leave and I washed my penis within 15 minutes. After about a month I had to take a test for HIV along with other routine tests as a pre surgery requirement. I became scared about it turning out positive. I became really depressed spending the whole day researching. This went on for two weeks which led to negative thoughts, controlled breathing, heaviness of my head. I am prone to migraines that worsened during the period. Finally I found the courage to get the test done and went for it. This was the period when I actually understood what depression is. The test results were negative after which breathing became normal and mind got relaxed a lot. After another 4-5 days (1.5 month after the encounter) I noticed a small white very slightly raise bump on my inner foreskin visible only on retracting when foreskin got stretched. I had similar few bumps on the head region of the penis for a long time. I went to a urologist who asked me if u had any sexual intercourse to which I said yes. Didn't tell him it was brief oral. He said that it seemed to be a wart. I got an std panel done at 3 months and all tests were negative. The spots increased a few in number but not in size. They aren't bigger than 1-2 mm in size and are on inner foreskin. The ones on the head increased but these I had for a very long time before the encounter. I am confused if these aren't warts but fordyce spots.
I have no itching burning redness or anything. It's just too much anxiety in my mind. I have tiny dots on corner of lips when stretched which look like fordyce as seen on Internet and these are not close to being visible
Please help.

hi Doctor.
i have uploaded a few images for your review. Please have a look and suggest what it could be. The slightly bigger one on the foreskin was the first one that came up 3 months back. It has been the same in size. Other tiny ones have came up in last 3 months and their size hasn't increased any much. they remain almost the same in size. i don't suspect herpes as there is no burning or pain. the igg and igm test were in the negative reference range. Chalmydia gonorrhoea syphilis and hiv also are negative. I don't have a good bowel movement which i think could be due to very high anxiety level.
the number of these spots increased in the 3 months which is scaring me a lot. Please have a look.
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
It appears to be related to simple "Lichenoid eruptions". No warts. relax

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up with all the good resolution pictures.

After diligent examination of all the pictures with close inspection let me reassure you first that the condition doesn't seem to be related to warts at all.

It appears to be related to simple "Lichenoid eruptions".

The Lichenoid eruption are:A simple phenomenon of wear and tear of skin which actually becomes slightly raised due to touching or scratching or due to many reasons. It begins as very small bumps and then flatly enlarged. Once formed these remains for quite long time.

The important thing is that these never cause any trouble any time and self subsides in few months to years. There could be mild to moderate itching sometimes but in my patients I have observed it to be related to anxiety of STDs rather than its own presence.

As it requires a close physical examination to diagnose the above entity so I request you to meet a dermatologist personally.

I fully assure you that there is no any evidence of any major STDs including HIV, herpes or syphilis.

So allay all your fears regarding any major STDs.

"my best wishes for your good health"

Hi Doctor,
Thank you for your answer. Are you completely sure these are not related to warts? I worry too much about everything.
Are these lichenoids common among people and can it occur due to high level of stress and anxiety?

Brief Answer:
There is no need for any further testing.

Detailed Answer:
Dear young fellow,

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.

On the basis of the pictures I am quite sure that these are not related to warts or any other major Sexually transmitted diseases. So allay all your fears for the same.

There is no need of further blood testing. If at all we want then can go for a simple skin biopsy.

The lichenoid eruptions are quite a common entity which I see in my clinic. It is not exactly related to stress or anxiety and could occur in anyone.

There is no need of any active treatment as if now. Do visit me once you are coming to XXXXXXX so that I can personally analyse the area. Please avoid Thursday and Sunday visit. Please intimate me before coming.

My best wishes for your good health.
