Question : Hi, I have these white bump/ spots around my anus, my husband and I have been together and totally faithful for 25 years. When I was a teenager I did have other sexual encounters, and I'm worrried that after all this time it's come back to haunt me, so embarrassing and it's driving me mad!

I have reviewed the attached photograph though it's not very clear.
It looks like molluscum contagiosum which is a sexually transmitted viral infection.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist for the same.
