Question : The outside of the urethane is not pink but white in color

Hi.

This is most probably a condition called lichen sclerosis, and it is usually seen in older women.

There is no known reason of this condition and needs no special or specific treatment if there are no symptoms. As the blood blisters are gone ,there is nothing to worry about.
