Question : I am at menopause age and quite often i will have a discharge that sits in the bottom of the toilet. It is stringy. Sometimes white sometimes red. I am also on coumadin and i get a burning vagina quite often.

Burning vagina is indicative some sort of infection , may be fungal.
And the thing that sits in toilet may be vaginal discharge which is not uncommon.
But as your vagina has a burning sensation you may apply antifungal vaginal tablets or if you have any doubts, you can see your gynecologist for a through examination and prescription.
