What Causes Withdrawal Bleeding After Taking Option-72?

Question: Hi me and my girlfriend had sex on 4th Dec. I didn't ejaculate and I was inside her for say some 20 seconds without any protection. (I know pregnancy can still happen) so next day morning she had a pill named Option 72. She had her mensuration cycle for 10th every month. But she didn't get her periods however today she had little bit of bleeding without any pain. And she said there were no blood clots. Usually she get blood clots in her periods. The bleeding stopped after sometime and is still stopped. I am too worried is it normal or is it something like implantation bleeding?

So about her periods which appears on 10th of every month has been delayed by some days. For how many days should we wait before doing a check up? That if it's a pregnancy or not? And is one dose of option 72 enough to control the birth?

Hi Doctor,
Today my gf had good amount of bleeding, she got some blood clots too in her bleeding. However she said the colour of blood was way too darker than her normal periods blood. Her bleeding was not consistent for the entire day, it was on and off but over all good amount. Now should we consider this her normal mensuration or withdrawal because of the pill. And after this how much chances of pregnancy still exist?

It is most likely starting of her menses but for period it should be continued for 2-3 days and flow should be normal.
In withdrawal bleeding,bleeding will be less and stop early.
The chances of pregnancy are already very low in her case( practically nil).
