Answered by Dr. Manisha Jain (55 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Due to progesterone intake

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.

Withdrawal bleeding occurs after intake of progesterone for several days or after intake of single high progesterone dose (as in emergency pills like ipill)

After stopping the progesterone, withdrawal bleeding happens and may last 1-5 days depending on the day of natural cycle in which pill was taken.
In case you need any other clarification please feel free to ask.

Brief Answer:
Yes almost

Yes dear Withdrawl bleeding is just like menses but if occurs in early phase of natural cycle then it is very small in amount and duration and thus in that case you will get periods again after a few days (on the date of expected periods usually)
