The most likely cause for wrinkling of lips is dehydration and lack of moisture. I would advise you to apply a good medicated lip balm like Chaptex 3-4 times a day.
You should apply a broad spectrum sunscreen also over exposed areas including lips also.
In addition, take plenty of water. You should visit your doctor in person for clinical examination.
