Question : hello I have a question about my neck and spin I been seen by hospital 5 times for this I have a x-ray tomorrow I was told I got something called wry neck

Wry neck is nothing but the painful neck due to sudden jerk in neck.
Most of the time it gets improved with some analgesic and muscle relaxant in 3-4 days.

I have lots of tension on my right side neck muscles going in words twords my neck and also my left side back of my neck it feels like a joint kinda pain I am more worrying about snapping my neck.... Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You seem to have muscle spasm in the neck muscles.
You should take muscle relaxants to relieve the pain and spasm.Such pain can radiate to back.
I will suggest you to consult a neurologist to rule out any nerve compression causing pain.
Further treatment should be done accordingly.

ok so the possibility of snapping my neck is slim I would think so I have a x ray tomorrow morning I am also worrying about that to it seems like also when I swollow it feels odd as well it's like both my neck muscles spazums are closing in words twords my inner neck so whats this mean the doc has look over my relfex and did all those testing and was told just my neck muscles spazums is there anything alarming I should be worrying about I didn't do anything alarming to my neck as well I just jumped off a porch 4 steps did u want a pic of my neck or my concerns ? thanks for the help and support

Yes, the exact diagnosis can be confirmed only after proper examination and X Ray of the neck.
The symptoms you are having are more likely of neck spasm.
You can send me the picture of your X Ray, when done.
Muscle spasm is nothing to be worried about and proper medication and posture cure it easily.
