Brief Answer:
Seems to be fungal infection, antifungal drugs, nail removal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be onychomycosis which is fungal infection of the nail.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral antifungal medicines like capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 12-16 weeks. Antifungal medicines can have side effects.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Alternatively if you want to avoid oral medication you can consult a dermatologist and get this nail removed. This will get rid of your infection.

Dr Asmeet
