I read your question and I understand your concern.
It could be an infection (yellow discharge ) , if your are sexually active could be a STD ( Sexually transmited dissease) .
You should do a Urine test to be checked for STD ( gonorrhea , clamydia , tricomonas ),and according to the result start the treatment.
Stop any sexual activity until you get treated and drink a lot of fluids.

I understand that you are very tense , usually HIV does not start like this(if you don't have any other symptoms beside yellow discharge ) but anyway you have to do a test to rule HIV out and other STD (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea)
Ask an appointment with your local doctor as soon as you can to rule out infection.
