Detailed Answer:
Provisional Impression-Cause of your complaints is- ?Hepatitis with Viral infection/Under Investigations

Hi,Dear, thanks for your query to My virtual Clinic at HCM.
I studied your query in all the details put forth by you.

I would need more information to help out as follows -
-Since how long each of this complaint is existing with you?
-what you mean by WBC 19?is it 19000 or just 19?
-What is the level of direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin?
-It will be nice If you can update your complete blood report and Liver lab test reports in your next updates.
-Any information on past history of any illness?any medicines currently taking?etc.
-Any history of recent blood transfusion/or any history of outside street food eating spree?
Awaiting the above information soon.

Till the time I would reply on the cause of the complaints you have-
-Yellow Eyes -are caused due to the High liver readings, for which I asked direct bilirubin levels if done.
-Fatigue/muscle soreness/Generalized body pain/-is due to the Systemic mild Viraemia due to Viral Hepatitis.
-Abdominal Cramping, nausea without vomiting-is due to the hepatitis.
-High Liver Enzymes-due to Liver Cell damage accompanied the Viral Hepatitis.

Hope this would help you out partially.
Welcome for any further query in this regard, for which I would love to help you out.

Awaiting your more information soon.
