Brief Answer:
It is Physiological Jaundice

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

It is due to Physiological Jaundice. Yellow discolouration involving the face and eyes only in a term baby who is exclusively breastfeeding feed does not require any intervention or there is any cause for concern.
Continue exclusive breastfeeding feeding ,it should resolve spontaneously on its own.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
