Also dr cant find strings without doing ultrasound. I have also had several cancerous cell come back from paps. Never had a std and I havent been sexually active for about a year. The past month I have had a yellowish green discharge that has a smell sometimes also feels like im leaking in mornings or if I workout or alot of walking/ activity. Also one day I may have spots of blood the next day I dont. Also bad abdominal pain kinda like the pain you have with a cyst just on my right side. I have also felt extremly tired with no energy. Never had these symptoms before and I have had yeast and bacterial infections in the past. Wondering if it couls be something more serious? Thank you for the help!

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your anxiety related to the sequence of symptoms you have been experiencing.
It is a serious issue and you should not take it lightly.
In my opinion you need a hysteroscopy guided endometrial biopsy and a cervical biopsy on colposcopy.
And in case there evidence of cancer then you need to opt for hysterectomy as you have completed your family already.
But first get an ultrasound and visit your gynecologist as soon as possible.
All the best.
