Question : Yellowish white discharge from penis.. going on for about 3 months ? Odorless and painless. Crusts over on my underwear ... went 2 a mid level doc and he had me urinate in a cup and told me there was nothing wrong... what is going on? Im waking up to this discharge in the mornings. I start from the bottom of my penis and push the skin up as if im masturbating, and it comes out.

Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

As per your history,this seems to be normal phenomenon with masturbation.

It should settle down with time.

But none the less ,its important to rule out infections and other abnormalities.

For this I advise you to have a Scrotal ultrasound doppler.

A complete urine examination is helpful.
