Question : Ive got all this in my mouth could you tell me what it is on my cheeks its bern there a long time when i went dentist she never said anything

I have read your query and gone through the image you have attached . As far as I have observed that yellowish dots on cheeks that you are concerned is nothing but Fordyces granules . Fordyces spots are nothing but normal variations of sebaceous glands (glands that normaly producing sebum) . Sometimes sebaceous spots cause anxiety but they are completly harmless.
Fordyces spots do not require any treatment . Avoid picking or squeezing of spots . For mild irritation you can take Vitamin B complex with folic acid .
